Pizza Hut Silverdale

We ordered a limo pizza and unfortunately just as we took it out of the shop, the box broke. The team so kindly remade our pizza. We were so impressed by their kindness and service.

A year ago I gave a bad review of Silverdale Pizza Hut, however I have continued to go there as my Family enjoys the pizza. I would like to say I have seen change to a lot of things in store as well as the food. I feel welcomed in the store, I even get called by name. Shows you what a bad review can do. A huge thank you to management and staff pizza's are really good and taste amazing. Keep it up.

Have had the odd overly oily pizza from here, but generally the quality is good. On a particularly busy night during the storms the store was packed and stressful and I had to go in to uplift some forgotten items from our delivery order, but the staff were very polite and apologetic. However did notice a delivery girl asking another member of staff where the other items for her delivery were, and was told to deliver it as is, which would surely create more issues for the staff when the deliveries were completed.

My most frequently visited restaurant. Great concept of dining, clean, fast, and easy. When you see the owner working there all the time, you know it is a well run business. Wish they would consider opening at late lunch hour.

Pizzas are what you would expect from pizza hut if you order on a Friday give an extra 20 minutes for order to be complete.
