On the evening of December 31st, we called ahead to order 3 pizzas for 7pm on New Year's Eve. When we arrived to pick them up, we found the small pizza shop to be very busy, with 5 or 6 staff members working hard to keep up. The cashier, a young lady, remained patient and composed even with some impatient customers. Unfortunately, our Hawaiian pizza was forgotten in the oven and ended up overcooked, resembling cardbo...
