The aromas were distinct and flavorful. The bread that accompanied the meal was unlike anything I've ever had and paired perfectly with the dishes. The service was excellent; my server took the time to explain the traditional ways to enjoy the meal and was knowledgeable about the ingredients and preparation. This restaurant is a delight, especially for those looking to experience exotic flavors.

The food was authentic, fresh, and reasonably priced by D.C. standards. I chose to sit outside, which did mean dealing with some traffic noise, but it was sometimes quiet too. Overall, it was a solid experience.
