Kfc - Silsbee

So chaotic here nobody seemed to be able to get powers right I watched multiple people come in from the drive thru to try and get their order corrected and the staff couldn 't even repeat the correct order back to the customer I had a 3 piece with coleslaw and mashed potatoes Okay that 's a 3 piece extra crispy with mac and cheese and mash? Had to be told multiple times they must have been short handed I saw only 3 employees working and working hard but I feel like itcaused poor service being short staffed. Hope this isn 't their plan to operate with 3 behind the counter regularly.

They were faster than they were before COVID... The lady that took our order was nice.

The girl who processed my payment brought the food to all three cars at once, but her professionalism was lacking. It seems like there might be a staffing issue. Additionally, the girl handling the food had incredibly dirty fingernails, which made me hesitant to eat and almost drove off. Thankfully, I noticed the manager was cooking with gloves on, so I felt a bit better. I’ll probably revisit and update this review, but it seems I might need to specifically order my food extra crispy to ensure the breading is cooked properly. I really dislike leaving negative reviews, but my expectations for a basic fast food experience were not met.

It's been a long time since I had KFC chicken, but I still remember how delicious it is. KFC chicken stands out from everything else; there's truly nothing like it. Today, I ordered the big box, which came with three pieces of chicken (your choice), a biscuit, two sides, and a drink. It was a great deal and plenty of food for my wife and me to share. I will definitely be returning!

I had a great experience at this KFC! The service was excellent, the staff were friendly, and the food was delicious. The restaurant has recently been remodeled, and the inside is both clean and inviting. One of the unique features is a light fixture designed to look like a glass KFC bucket, and there's a table with a decorative plate design on it. Overall, it’s a lovely place to enjoy a meal!
