The food is consistently fresh, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The owners, Russ and Sara, are among the nicest people you'll ever encounter. They truly go above and beyond to meet your needs. I've been dining here since it opened, often visiting two or three times a week. There's a great variety on the menu, and I absolutely love their chili! This place is pretty much just like a generic Subway with more limited bread and toppings choices. Not bad at all and great service but way overrated. I've found that many places on Signal Mountain are overrated and overpriced probably because there is not much up there to choose from. Puckets grocery store is another example.
