Not what I expected as in food choices. Don't bother to go a waste of time.

This was our first time eating here and the food was amazing! Everything is fresh and homemade. The selection and prices are good for the type of food you get and they have sooo many choices. We tried the meatloaf, mashed potatoes, squash casserole, broccoli casserole, cucumber salad, pecan rice pilaf, brunswick stew and southwest corn chowder. The $5 portions of the sides will feed a family of three adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The full size meatloaf was enough for two days for the same amount of people with a little left over for a sandwich. This is a great option for working parents and couples of all ages. You can mix and match and cut down your time in the kitchen without sacrificing quality home cooked meals. Just decide what you can cook and supplement the rest. My first meal that I mixed with some home cooked food sides and their meatloaf and potatoes came out to $5-$7 per person based on family of 3-4. That’s better than almost any takeout and it’s all homemade quality. After speaking with the staff, many items will hold in the fridge for several days from when they are made and you can freeze other with ease. This is a great little find and I will definitely be back! Thank you for an exceptional experience!!!

Great food and great people working there. I wish I had known about it the first day I got to Chattanooga, I would’ve eaten there more.

Food is always out of the park- amazing! They have salad options, sandwiches, chips, and desserts! They always offer a hot bar for lunches until 2:30 but throughout the day offer takeaway meals that are DELICIOUS. you can reheat them at your office jobs or take them home and avoid the hassle of having to really cook. Honestly at this point, their prices are cheaper than going to the grocery store! The staff is always very helpful, and keep the food stocked up and packed nicely for customers. They do ask for tips, but it's worth it considering how cheap the prices are and the stellar service you get!

My favorites are chicken tenders, broccoli salad, black eyed beans, chicken salad, chicken casserole, okra fries. All the salads and the desserts everything ive tried has me craving more southern star! Thank you
