I was arriving by train late in the day, and because of the possibility... read more Although I stayed only one night, my experience with the hotel and its staff was great. I was arriving by train late in the day, and because of the possibility of delays there was a chance I wouldn't make to the hotel within the specified check-in hours. In my communication via email with the hotel staff, I felt reassured that no matter what time I arrived, there would be a way to get into the hotel and into my room. Fortunately, I arrived in time to catch the restaurant still open, and one of the staff was able to check me in without any delays. The hotel is small, and my room was even smaller. But, with that said, I can say without any hesitation that the cleanliness of the room, the great choice of minimalistic decor, and great use of available space, made it for a very comfortable sleep and stay. The staff is great and location is phenomenal, being just a few steps away from the train station and right in the downtown area of Sierre. There's a restaurant on site, but also many options within walking distance. All in all, only great things to say about the hotel and its staff.
