In a group of 6 we have a good variety of choices. The local speciality is the Glariard which is beef which has been spiced with local herbs. It really is delicious and refined. I had a pizza with this meat which is what brought the pizza to life. Might have been a little bland otherwise. The others went for the Glariard Fondue. It is quite expensive but, seeing as we are in Switzerland, all beef is. I got the chance to try it and it really was excellent. It is worth saving a little during the day and then enjoying this fabulous dish. They were more than happy to serve, free of charge, more meat and chips. In fact, they even offered it which is not always the case in restaurants. Well done. The service was discreet and correct and they even stayed open until the last legal minute just for us. Again, well done. The building is old and could do with a little reworking. It is not at all appealing from outside but there are plenty of parking spaces. Maybe it is meant to be typical building but looks tired. If you are interested in going, feel free. I hope that you have the same experience as we did.
