Nous y sommes allés un soir. Plus de place de parc, mais le cuisinier a eu l'amabilité de nous dire de stationner juste derrière sa voiture. Nous avons vraiment apprécié son geste!Les menus burger sont joliment servis et nous avons aimé le concept du "burger pays", un produit différent introduit dans le burger en fonction du pays proposé. L'accueil n'est pas désagréable , ils proposent un joli choix de burger mais malheureusement la qualité de la viande laisse à désirer ! Ce qui est quand même bien dommage dans un hamburger... La viande a l'aspect d'un steak haché surgelé qu'on trouve au supermarché et le goût de la viande n'est pas top non plus , la viande est "élastique". Les frittes n'étaient pas mauvaises mais certaines trop "bronzées" un peu trop... View all feedback.
Vache Et Moi is my place when I'm in Sierre. The staff is very friendly, and the burgers really delicious! There are two vegetarian options, and I highly recommend the “Röstigraben”, with extra homemade tartaric acid sauce on the side. The portions are generous. The place is fairly crowded during summer evenings when there are events, so it can be wise to reserve a table in advance. Parking for customers also tends to be full.
I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of this unpretentious restaurant. After a long day of cycling I really felt like a whole burger to replace the calories without making too much effort over my appearance. I chose the Mexican burger who came with spicy salami and a beautiful relish. The burger was excellent and the breadbap with salad leaves and Mayo was also excellent. The order came with part of the French fries and the Sagres beer was included in the cost of meal. It was very quiet when I arrived, but a large group of students/school children soon came to and out to live the atmosphere. Of course, this institution appeals to all ages.

Original: Small, cozy restaurant in the old town of Siders. The boss is very nice and you can feel her joy at work. The burgers are very tasty, only the fries bother me a little because they have a strong taste of oil. Otherwise definitely recommended.
