What User dislikes about Wendy's:
Today a motorcycle was in the handicap zone in the only van accessible stall. The yellow striping zone is not a free for all parking area for bikes, but a space for lift/ramp to allow a wheelchair to get in and out of their van. The manager seemed concerned but the bike was still there after 10 minutes and had been there for longer than 30 minutes, so it must have been an employee. This is not the way to treat your c... Wow, this was the best service I've ever had at a Wendy’s drive-thru! The food was hot, accurate, and delicious. Great job!

The food here is really good, and it comes out quickly. The staff is friendly too. My only complaint is that the salad in their salads always has a bit of a muddy taste.

Today, however, I encountered an issue: a motorcycle was parked in the handicap zone, blocking the only van-accessible spot. The yellow-striped area is not meant for motorcycles; it needs to remain clear for lifts or ramps for wheelchair users. Although the manager seemed concerned, the motorcycle remained in place for over 10 minutes and had likely been there for more than 30 minutes, suggesting it may have belonged to an employee. This is not how customers should be treated. On a positive note, the service is always friendly, and they are currently upgrading their facilities during the COVID-19 shutdown, which I’m looking forward to seeing. I appreciate how quickly they have someone pull over to wait for special orders like my no-salt fries without holding up the line.
