This McDonalds is always hit and miss for me. They’ve messed up on my order a couple of times, but I know they are a busy place, so I don’t complain about it that much. The biggest complaint is communication to the customers. There have been a number of times where they were closed to the public out of normal business hours due to maintenance work. No signs of that nature were put up, so customers who ordered online neither got their food, or a refund.

The burgers were very greesey. Tasted terrible. This was in Sidney Nebraska by Cabelas.

It would be a lot better to order our food with a person instead of computer. We got what we wanted but was not able to get a medium orange juice. Could not pay at the ordering place so still had to pay at the register. Place was moderate clean. Person delivering the food was good customer service. No wonder that the McDonalds we go to there not that many people that come anymore.

I have never been treated so badly at a Mcdonalds ever. I stood at counter over 5 minutes before they would even acknowledge that I was there. It took one of the regulars getting there attention. He called out to Duane the name he used). The response I’ll be there in a couple minutes. I laughed and said to the customer who called out, should I tell him I’ve been here 5 mins already. Lady comes to counter, said can I help you? I said there you are, smiled, before I could tell her what I wanted, she started in with I aint got time to stand around waitin on you. That’s what we have kiosks for. I told her I will never use a kiosk, before I could tell her I never get a correct order from them she made another remark about her not having time for me. I told her, you know I really dont need to be here. I told her she doesn’t have to be so rude, went to the rest room. When I came out she was still standing there visiting with the regular customer, which was getting a coffee refill. This was the trigger that brought this negative review. So I left without ordering anything. Mamma always said if you cant say something nice say nothing. But I had to let you all including McDonald’s Corp, the treatment I received here in Sidney, NE this morning 8/24 after driving from Washington State through Powers Lake ND on way to visit my uncle in Brush, CO

Imagine paying for your food not getting it made right and not even getting your large fry correctly. It’s pathetic, and they need to do better. Owned by kirk, running it into the ground. Jeff was the only one to make that place good to eat at, he’s in sterling now btw, unless he retired.
