Dairy Queen
Description
The Dairy Queen in Nebraska offers a diverse range of experiences, revealing a blend of commendable staff interactions and disappointing food quality. While some patrons relish the friendly service and cleanliness of the establishment, others find the food inconsistent, criticizing dry burgers, poorly made ice creams, and lackluster portion sizes. Service speeds vary, with some describing painfully slow waits, while others appreciate the hardworking team. Despite mixed sentiments about the food, the inviting atmosphere and hints of customer appreciation suggest that there’s still potential for improvement, making it a place worth visiting for some sweet treats amidst the drive.

Watched a employee come up infront of a line to put in his order while customers had to wait for service so he could get his food infront of paying customers
This is the best DQ I have ever been to. The food was good, and the service was great! The young man working the drive-through was so polite! The DQs in Colorado Springs are horrible.
Have ordered the chicken strip basket multiple times, passing through. No complaints, food is tasty, service has always been good.
This place is as slow as you can possibly get from fast food. I am glad I have an hour for lunch because I spent 30 minutes in the drive through while the cashier was socializing with coworkers. I understand that kids need first jobs but these little kids should not be running a restaurant. I work across the street and my lunch money will go to the nice people down the street at Subway now. Quit putting teenagers in charge of your restaurants. It's why you always have complaints and bad reviews.
