Two of our three sandwiches were wrong, got a roast beef with barbeque sauce and onion ring instead of the plain classic fish that I ordered. Latch broken on women's restroom stall door, no paper towels. Waited at counter to order even though no one was in line. Pretty chaotic for a Sunday afternoon.

Despite plaques on the wall celebrating excellence through 2018, the floors were sticky and littered with trash. The drink counter was covered in dried spills, leaving no clean space for cups. We ended up eating in the car because the condition of the restaurant made us question the cleanliness of the kitchen. After receiving a prompt response from the owner, I’m lowering my rating from 3 stars to 2. It would be just 1 star if not for the great service from the staff. Looking at other reviews, it seems this is a recurring issue and the cleanliness problems haven't been addressed.
