Although the staff made the san... read more I placed a pickup order through the Subway app, but for some reason, my customizations for the subs didn't show up on the order. Although the staff made the sandwiches correctly according to their own version, the order ended up being completely wrong. When I got home and noticed the issue, I returned to the restaurant to explain what happened and asked if they could read the order for me, as I had already paid for it and couldn't eat it the way it was made. Unfortunately, I was only offered sauce on the side. The staff was rude and showed no empathy or understanding for my situation.
