Then told me that the sauce was extra and didn't give me any sauce. I've never had such a poor experience in my life. Never going back to this subway again.

I called and asked what happened, these employees refused to take responsibility and told me that it was voided. They took my money and did not refund me for the void. They said I had to call my bank because my card was the issue. Called my bank, they fixed the charge because GUESS WHAT, my card wasn’t the issue. Good thing my bank helped out becaus … – show

One time they missed a quarter of the sandwich ahen putting on mayo, when i pointed it out they then put way too much mayo while still missing that part of the sandwich. Simply incompetent people who can barely speak english.

Staff does a great job and the food is perfectly made. Me and my friends won't be going though if the restaurant choose's to enforce cook county's unlawful new rule. I'll take my business elsewhere to other restaurants who aren't.
