Told the guy footling meatball marinara and gave me a 6in they I told him I said footling and he said Ill have to charge you for 2 6in subs. Then told me that the sauce was extra and didn't give me any sauce. I've never had such a poor experience in my life. Never going back to this subway again.
Placed an order online for delivery, as soon as I got the confirmation email, I also received an email confirmation that said my order was CANCELED. I called and asked what happened, these employees refused to take responsibility and told me that it was voided. They took my money and did not refund me for the void. They said I had to call my bank because my card was the issue. Called my bank, they fixed the charge because GUESS WHAT, my card wasn’t the issue. Good thing my bank helped out becaus … – show
They got new staff who have thick accents that i don't understand and since they're new they take forever and sandwichs are mediocre at best now. One time they missed a quarter of the sandwich ahen putting on mayo, when i pointed it out they then put way too much mayo while still missing that part of the sandwich. Simply incompetent people who can barely speak english.
