Try the dolsot bibimbap on hot stone (and don’t mix all the rice at the bottom so that as you eat it all, you have crispy rice at the bottom) and the sundubu jjigae with pork or seafood. Their pancakes have to be some of the best I have ever tasted, with a fluffiness and taste I have never been able to find anywhere else. I've had their bulgogi and dan dak, along with a variety of soups and I fully intend to come back here and try everything on their menu.
