Came back after two years and I feel that the flavor profile has become dull. Everything could be slightly improved for a worthy 5 star experience: cocktail was a bit too astringent, coleslaw accompanying the scallion pancake needed more crisp and flavor, dan dan noodles components were chopped too small although the noodles had bite and great texture, and the mandarin pancakes for the amazing hongshou rou was too fl...
