Live bug in my salad!! Called and got no answer. Left a message and a rep called me the next day. Apologized but never offered to credit my meal. Sent her photos of bug on a crouton. I had to ASK for a refund. I said I was leary of ever coming back in my message to her. So after I asked for a credit, she offered to cover my meal. But a good PR would have given a more sizeable incentive and IMMEDIATELY. It's now been 9 days (7 business days) and NO REFUND!! They don't care. Go elsewhere!!!

They were hands down the best catered lunch boxes I've had in quite some time. The chicken pesto sandwich was particularly delicious. The fruit cup and the chocolate chip cookie were also fresh and just right.
