This place is excellent. The Octoberfest menu items are all great. Pork shank was outstanding. Perfect. As was the schnitzel sandwich with braised red cabbage. Add in fantastic stouts and the entire experience was great. Worthy restaurant! View all feedback.

Charged me $12 each for 2 shots of malort back in In june 23 and frankly im still pissed. Here's that one star ive been meaning to write for ya. Been a busy couple months View all feedback.
Pros: the staff is super friendly and really knows their stuff. The beers are great and love that they have a rotating selection Cons: the stools are uncomfortable
Food and service were outstanding! We had the beer cheese app, kefta, heirloom tomato salad with spicy grilled chicken, and fish and chips.
Outstanding burger and pretzel and superb beer selection. Food came out almost immediately, and multiple servers checked on me periodically through the meal.
Highlight of downtown Chicago eateries. Burger is highly recommended. Excellent chill vibe. Think nostalgic Indy craft beer scene mixed with rustic and wood decor.
Dining here was incredible. Atmosphere and surroundings delightful, upscale and perfect for feeling it’s a special night out or just quick bite after work. Choices for food all looked so good but I chose the short ribs and found them so tender and delicious. Friends had chicken pot pie and pork dinners. I tasted all of them and they were fantastic. Had the chocolate dessert although it’s rich it’s a must have. Servers knew their menu and very attentive. Great experience and one I’ll do again and again. Been there many times already, never disappointed.
