I signed up on the app and received a free sundae, which was a nice surprise. Unfortunately, my experience took a turn when I found a piece of cardboard in the sundae. Overall, it was a good experience, but that was a bit disappointing. Thank you!

Despite the restaurant closing at 11 PM, we were only there at 8 PM, and there was another couple seated across the room. I was still enjoying my ice cream when she came over to offer us the check, which felt quite strange. We won't be coming back to this Friendly's; it was anything but friendly.

The fries were barely warm and tasted old. On the positive side, our waitress was wonderful and consistently checked on us.

We were served by a clearly inexperienced employee who didn’t seem to know what she was doing. There were only two tables occupied, yet it took 20 minutes for anyone to come over and take our drink orders. We waited an additional 30 minutes for our food, only for it to be the wrong order. We felt a bit harsh for being frustrated until we noticed other tables were complaining as well. The staff seemed completely absent, and those who were there appeared to have no idea what was happening. At one point, our hostess even had to ask a manager how to seat customers. It was unbelievable for a slow Tuesday. I’m now blacklisting this location.

They've skyrocketed their prices on the DoorDash app. I understand that many places have had to raise prices due to inflation, but what they've done is excessive and unacceptable. It's a clear case of greed, and they should be ashamed of themselves. I will not be returning.
