I dined at this restaurant yesterday and requested French fries. Unfortunately, they were "all out," but it was no big deal. It is fantastic to experience excellent customer service and friendly staff at a fast-food restaurant. Thanks to the manager and employees who were truly amazing! The food was fresh and delicious. I was extremely disappointed with the poor customer service and food quality at this restaurant. The tacos I received seemed like they had been sitting out for a while, as the soft shells were stuck to the paper when I opened them. Additionally, I was directed to move up to the first window through a loudspeaker, but when I got there, the cashier was busy counting money and didn't acknowledge me. After waiting for 5... I visited the drive-thru and had to repeat my order several times before they finally got it right. Even at the window, I had to confirm my order twice. Unfortunately, they didn't have diet soda available as requested. If I had known beforehand, I wouldn't have bothered ordering it.
This is the best service and food I've ever had at any restaurant!
90% of the burrito is just sauce with hardly any steak. Can't even eat it, so disgusting. Big bites of pure chipotle sauce or pure sour cream. How about doing the portions correctly so it's edible.

The staff at this restaurant is extremely professional and friendly. In particular, Timil, one of the managers, provided excellent service - he was quick, efficient, and made sure my order was perfect without any mistakes.
