Sonnet served our meal and she was so attentive and courteous. The food was absolutely delicious! Recommend their Tuscan wings and Farmhouse Salad!
The waiter was fantastic! They had an 80's theme going on, which made for a really fun atmosphere, and our waiter was dressed appropriately for it. Despite it being lunchtime (around 12 pm) and only two servers on duty, they handled everything so well that you wouldn't have guessed how busy they were. The sangria was decent—just not really my favorite, but I can't blame that on the restaurant since I was having a drink at lunchtime! The food, on the other hand, was excellent. The bread was incredibly fresh, the Caesar salad was great, and the pizzas were outstanding. I enjoyed a wonderful lunch with my son. We never felt rushed, and when I requested a Coke towards the end of our meal, the server provided it in a to-go cup, which really showed his attentiveness. The bill was much lower than I expected, so I made sure to leave a generous tip. I will definitely be back!
No host or hostess when we arrived. I’m disabled and it would have been helpful if someone who worked there, to at least offer to hold the door open when we arrived and left, don’t recommend anyone in a wheelchair, patronize this location. If you aren’t going to invest in a button to automatically open the door, then at least hire people who can assist at the door, I’m not asking for anything that other restaurants offer. My wife and I specifically went there for the mussels, that are no longer offered. We had to repeatedly ask for rolls, when we finally got them, they were cold, and hard as bricks. We asked the waitress for fresh rolls, she took the rolls she left on the table, and microwaved them. This must be an ongoing issue, because the people behind us burned their hands on the rolls they were just given. I did get a dish of oil with no seasoning. At least my small margarita pizza was okay. We are really disappointed I never wrote a bad review of any restaurant. We were planning on going back for our anniversary, but will probably go elsewhere, if you are in the area, I strongly recommend Lamberti Luna Rosa, for great service and authentic quality Italian food. I’m not sure if other bertucci restaurants are also lacking in service and quality, but I don’t think we’ll chance going to any location, especially when other alternatives are available It’s a shame, my wife and I were really looking forward to this.
I stopped by Bertucci's while traveling through town, and I'm so glad I did! The food was absolutely fantastic—just as good as my grandmother's homemade sauce! The fresh bread paired with the olive oil was a delicious addition to the already tasty dishes. I really wish they had a location in my area. The restaurant was clean, and our waitress was very pleasant.
I was in with my daughter as an impromptu dinner out together, and besides the food being good, the service was fantastic. Mackenzie S was our server and the sensational service started at the moment she approached our table and greeted us with a warm smile and an enthusiastic greeting. Her enthusiasm continued when we ordered one of the new items that was debuting that evening and made suggestions from the other new items on the menu. Being in a customer focused business myself, the importance of service is a priority to me. Mackenzie surpassed that with her sweet, genuine demeanor! Thank you Mackenzie and staff!
