So, we ordered mutton kebabs, garlic, potato wedges with garlic sauce, Prague beer, a bread basket, assorted beers in batter, and tea in Tashkent. 1. Assorted beer batter disgustingly simple! The batter on top was fried beautifully, but inside it was raw semi finished products, it was disgusting to eat it raw 2. Garlics are also not very fried, but you can eat. Cheese garlic sauce for two. 3. Lamb shish kebab is delicious, the meat is soft and juicy. The only thing brought with blood, I had to ask to fry the meat until cooked. 4. Drinks are normal 5. A bread basket, perhaps the only thing for which there are no complaints. Very tasty and fresh. 6. Service is good, but waiters are concerned. But the head of the hall is not able to completely communicate with customers, in response to comments on the kitchen, phrases of denial were followed, instead of listening and understanding what was wrong, turned around and left. I don’t understand where so many “5 star” ratings are from. The institution, by no means, pulls on five with all due respect and love for Shymkent. Побывали в хваленном заведении. Итак, заказали шашлык из баранины, гарлики, картофельные дольки с чесночным соусом, пиво Прагу, хлебную корзину, ассорти в пивном кляре, чай по ташкентски. 1. Ассорти в пивном кляре отвратительно просто! Кляр сверху прожарился красиво, но внутри сырые полуфабрикаты, было противно кушать это в сыром виде 2. Гарлики тоже не очень прожарены, но есть можно. Соус к гарликам сырный на двоечку. 3. Шашлык из баранины вкусный, мясо мягкое и сочное. Единственное принесли с кровью, пришлось попросить прожарить мясо до готовности. 4. Напитки нормальные 5. Хлебная корзина, пожалуй единственное к чему нет нареканий. Очень вкусный и свежий. 6. Обслуживание хорошее, но это касается официантов. А вот заведующая залом не умеет совершенно общаться с клиентами, в ответ на замечания по кухне последовали фразы отрицания, вместо того, чтобы выслушать и понять что же было не так, развернулась и ушла. Не понимаю откуда столько «5 ти звездочных» оценок. Заведение ну никак не тянет на пять при всем уважении и любви к Шымкенту. Решили, что больше в это заведение не вернемся. Надеюсь кому то из посетителей поможет данный отзыв в выборе места для семейной или дружественной посиделки.
