Sorted out this issue with manager after all, my item has been returned after deep investigation including watching security cameras. In pros, they have delicious and fresh kuksi (Korean cousins like ramen).

We lov... read more We visited Kok Saray twice during our 3 day stay in Shymkent. The outdoor terrace is very nice on warm evening. The food was excellent on both occasions. We loved the Tashkent Plov and the shashlyk. Friendly staff, good service and very reasonable prices.
