Wendy's - Shreveport

Surprising journey through the hired did not want to work on Friday night.

I'm just there a lot because I'm close. it was usually a bad experience and I will go out of the way to have a better experience with other wendys. they should close this place!

Through the way. the woman in the window was on her phone. I've never greeted or told me my sum. the gift card was rejected. She just yelled at me. When I said, excuse her coming back, it's rejected. I delivered a good card. I don't know what I've got. she gave me my food. I got it and when I walk away, she says something about sneaking it out of her hand. if they have received some of the worst customer service I received in months, they do not expect my gratitude or return.

I was very disappointed with I had too sloppy too much ketchup, mayo and mustard. I lost the taste for Wendy's.

We love Wendy’s and every location around us esp the one on airline are awful. This one has the friendliest people working. They do not get our order wrong. They hardly are ever out of items unlike the other locations.Go to this Wendy’s!!!!!!!!!
