I order from here regularly and this isn’t the first time they’ve not done my order right but this only seems to happen when the store is a little busy. But this time they completely made my drink wrong. There is absolutely no toffee nut syrup in my drink and I guess they were too lazy to make it but they also put whipped cream instead of the sweet vanilla cold foam that was requested. This location is more focused on online orders than in person customers. If you do use this location best to order ahead. 15 mins for one latte. Only one person in front of me.

I asked for oat milk and got cows milk! To far to go back! I wasted 8 bucks! Smh!
I ordered Vinte Java Chip. I was going to restroom and complimented a young girl her mother on the heart T-shirt the little girl wore — explaininv I grew up in fashion. When exiting restroom, the young barista said I could not stay in Starbucks. So I left. Very dissapointed for sure.
