I live closer to Greenwood?s sonic but I will skip it and come here. excellent service and eating. my order has never been wrong here and the manager has even come out and has asked us how we did in the past. love this sonic, her service and the personal. Will NEVER go to this Sonic again! I ordered 3 pretzels today and they came with NO SALT, NO BUTTER, and NO CHEESE DIPPING SAUCE. When I called to find out what to do, their phone was worse than a cell phone with no service. I could not understand a thing anyone said to me. This was my first AND LAST time to ever visit this location. Hopefully someone in management will read this and reach out to me in some way. View all feedback.
I usually like to come to this place, but today my experience was not the same. I feel like a person working in customer service should stay at home when they will be rude. You get what you apply for. If you didn't want this kind of job, you wouldn't have completed the application.

I ordered in the app after they told me not to get through the drive. I then ordered on the app like 9:25 and then my name appeared and disappeared from the screen where Sonic?s usually say?s? The name is on the move? but it didn't say anything. We pressed the button 15 minutes later and asked if they had our order and they said, almost out, so we waited until 10:05 and our food never came out so that we left. We could hardly see in the kitchen, but we just saw people standing and talking and a man crashed. It was just a really frustrating experience. We're on a 16-hour drive and we're just hungry and usually love Sonic. I have already filed a complaint online, but hopefully someone else saves this before loss of $30 here.

They never disappoint when it comes to freshness. NEVER. I purchased two orders of the new Cheesesteak and this is what I received. Called the manager and his attitude was like he could care less about this garbage they serving. Sad, tried to support this place because of the pandemic. But my God, it's just not worth it.
