Easy to access the freeways. Breakfast is served next door with a coupon. The rooms were easily cooled with ac. Linens are old but clean. Staff members were helpful and friendly. View all feedback.
What Jeff doesn't like about Quality Inn:
Not a lot can be expected at this price point. Rooms need a lot of work. There are no bedbugs or roaches, so that's good! It's better than sleeping in your car or on the ground ?? View all feedback.
When me and my grandparents where in the hall way you could smell weed coming from one of the rooms and when we went into our room we noticed that the floor was coming up and the bathroom was dirty and so was the the floor and when we was getting ready to leave we realized that there was dirty socks that was not mine nor my grandparents left on the floor but over all the only thing good was the person that checked us and the person that checked us out.
Staff was awesome- very friendly and helpful. Room was awful. Clean but stained sheets (we got fresh ones and the beds were comfortable), moldy food in the AC vents, only one working light bulb in the bathroom, sticky carpet stains and dirt on the carpet, and dirty washcloths in the tub. If it wasn't late and we hadn't already brought in our entire family and all 10 suitcases, we would have left.Poorly lit and maintained driveway felt like we were driving where we weren't supposed to.
Skip this one. No water pressure for shower. No hot water. Not clean. One of our backpacks got all wet from a leak. All clothes soaked. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7:30am. Staff was very friendly and helpful though.
Room was nice..better than I thought it would be considering some of the reviews..breakfast was good..wasn't a big breakfast but had little omelets with cheese..hit the spot..the only complaints I have is the weed smell and the lady at the front desk acted like she could care less and didn't want to be there...if you cannot interact with customers the tiniest bit..u do not need this job or any job dealing with the public...if you hate your job and it shows..quit!! Puts a damper on someone who just drove 2 hours at midnight ya know!
If you are transporting yourself from one state to another and you call to make a reservation, try not to get Cindy to attend to you. She is not friendly and is very rude, even when you are calling to leave money at their store. Quality Inn needs to retrain this employee from this town at least if they will have her serving customers, otherwise they need to move her to where she does not serve customers because she made him lose money.
