What Helen T doesn't like about Blue Bottle Coffee Shinjuku Cafe:
Good coffee as usual but very rude staff. A staff with black glasses confronted us and asked us how many cups of coffee we have ordered. I vaguely understood that he meant we each had to order one coffee in order to get a seat. It’s okay to ask but not in a rude way. Place was crowded, but service was rather fast and coffee is good! Great that they have an english menu to cater to tourist and staff was quick to pick up tourist who doesnt read japanese : Nice and spacious interior View all feedback.
