Mcdonald's - Sherman

This has got to be one of the worst McDonald’s restaurants I have ever been too. The food will always be wrong and messy no matter what because there customer satisfaction is not a concern one bit to them. You will be really shocked to see that nobody speaks English and everyone in the place is always extra rude and make you feel like you owe them something. Eat sardines out of a can before this place

Drive thru takes forever, Then 75% wrong order, I ordered a Cheese Burger and a soda. They gave me 3 Complete meals, 2 Apple pies, I didn't notice until I got home. So That's one thing good about this place. Don't go on the weekends or around 1pm You have been warned.

Forgot over half the order, so as we pull out,we have to go inside. So, they fix it supposedly and bring it to me. Get on the road, and find that my Good Faith benefit of the doubt is for naught, the 10 pc nugget combo isn't there AGAIN. So 2 shots and both get messed up. Won't be going there again

I don't understand why they don't honor the sales that show on our local TV channels. iced coffee will be for 1.69 any size, but not here it 3.99 and I agree that the staff is either in such a big hurry to rush through or simply not friendly at all. this special mcdonald’s has been aborted for years. I don't go very often for many reasons.

We have NEVER ever been to a more rude mcdonald’s. the guy at the ordering machine, the lady who took our money the lady who handed our food out were completely RUDE!! like ridiculous. rolled their eyes at us the lady who handed us our food had no smile didn’t say anything to us , just throwing our food out the window. sorry u hate ur job but don’t take ur anger out on the customers. would never recommend this place.
