Had the Chicken Tortilla soup. It was yummy. Plenty of chicken, beans, corn....very hardy and filling. Great choice for lunch.
Excellent place, Excellent people and the waitresses are wonderful. Always satisfied with the service. We will always go back there.
The service is very real. It comes from a place of actually caring, not because you are supposed to. But because they want to. They all look out for all the tables. The atmosphere is comfortable, warm, cozy for any occasion. The food is great. So many great items on the menu.
DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! The food is quite literally from a CAN and unseasoned. The “country fried steak” is a 2 ounce patty made of who knows what and the mashed potatoes are instant, the lemons for tea are rotten, the cooks don’t wear hair nets or gloves, the “homemade” cakes are Betty Crocker mix with a few extra ingredients and made weeks or months in advance, some have found metal or plastic in them. The containers for dressing are almost never cleaned, just refilled. The whole place smells like rotten eggs and the bathroom stinks like it never gets cleaned. The servers are amazing and so kind but the restaurant itself is run down. Wouldn’t tell my worst enemies to eat here. Save your money. Ps, the management is EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. I’ve never in my life experienced this kind of behavior from a group of “adults” it is seriously embarrassing.
