I yelled at him an... read more Stopped by today a little after 5. The guy working stood in the window talking with someone in the car in front of me completely ignoring me. I yelled at him and he finally took my order. Absolutely ridiculous. I go to that one quite a bit but I won't anymore. Not good

As a New England native, I frequent Dunkin' Donuts quite often. On my recent visit, I ordered a coffee and a sausage and cheese sandwich on an English muffin. T... read more As a New England native, I frequent Dunkin' Donuts quite often. On my recent visit, I ordered a coffee and a sausage and cheese sandwich on an English muffin. The coffee was served quickly, but I had to wait a long 10 minutes for the sandwich. It seemed like they were making the sausage from scratch and waiting for the English muffin to rise. I will try to avoid ordering food here in the future to prevent causing another traffic jam in the drive-thru.
