Stopped by today a little after 5. The guy working stood in the window talking with someone in the car in front of me completely ignoring me. I yelled at him and he finally took my order. Absolutely ridiculous. I go to that one quite a bit but I won't anymore. Not good View all feedback.
As a New England native, I frequent Dunkin' Donuts quite often. On my recent visit, I ordered a coffee and a sausage and cheese sandwich on an English muffin. The coffee was served quickly, but I had to wait a long 10 minutes for the sandwich. It seemed like they were making the sausage from scratch and waiting for the English muffin to rise. I will try to avoid ordering food here in the future to prevent causing another traffic jam in the drive-thru.
Today, a little after 5, the man working at the restaurant stood in the window and talked to someone in a car in front of me, completely ignoring me. I had to yell to get his attention and place my order. This behavior was absolutely ridiculous. I might give them another chance, but I'm not feeling very hopeful. Not good.
The service could use some improvement, but the prices are really affordable. If you're looking for basic menu items, you can find them here at a great price. The regular prices are even lower than what is offered on the delivery app.
Possibly the worst Dunkin’ ever.. you can always rely on this place for one or more of: broken coffee machine, service without a smile, or wrong order.
Super long line here. If you're getting food, skip the drive-thru line and go inside. Much faster. Also mobile order ahead if you can to save time.
