Rosemary Greek - Shepton Mallet

I live in Australia and travel around the world often for work I have to say the chicken was the best I’ve ever had so tender and juicy with amazing herbs, great service and a lovely restaurant, will hopefully be back to visit again before I leave. 5 stars all round and highly recommend. Went in for lunch with my family on my first day in the area. We were refused service due to the owner’s lack of knowledge about Assistance Dogs right to access (equality act 2010). Very rude and unaccommodating so won’t be visiting again. Didn’t get a chance to try the food but have been told that it’s not that great anyway Clearly not a safe space for disabled people! Okay a mix of reviews, Service wasn’t great he spent more time on his phone then looking after us! I didn’t receive what I ordered and he seem to have got all our order wrong. Food was divine we all really enjoyed it but service could do with improvement. I visited this restaurant for lunch, and it was fantastic. The service was welcoming, and the place was impeccably clean. The portion sizes were generous, especially considering the reasonable prices. We tried the pork gyros wrap and the chicken souvlaki, both of which were delicious. The tzatziki was so good that we had to order another serving! The chips were nicely seasoned, and the salad was fresh. Unfortunately, the stereo system malfunctioned, but the friendly waiter encouraged us to play some Greek Taverna music from our phone, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was a wonderful outing, and I will definitely come back again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
