The Grand Sampler was very disappointing. The chicken fettuccine alfredo had no chicken in it at all—zero pieces! The strawberry lemon ice was also underwhelming; it had only one strawberry and tasted like regular lemon ice that was overly sweet. To make matters worse, the drive-thru service was excruciatingly slow. I was behind two cars and ended up waiting 20 minutes for my food. This is unacceptable!
The staff were amazing, but the food was a letdown. When I got home to enjoy my fettuccine Alfredo and breadsticks, everything tasted like dishwater—even the breadsticks! It was really disappointing. I won’t be returning.
