This restaurant is terrible. Multiple times I have arrived between 10:35 and 10:45 and there was no food ready, with the staff telling me it won't be ready until after 11. My suggestion is to change your operating hours and don't even open the doors until the food is prepared.
The service was extremely slow, I was stuck in the drive-thru for 30 minutes. It was not fast at all.
Ahhhhh, the food! Excellent in this area. Ambience is nice and clean. Service is spot on, thank you to the kitchen staff and specifically, Sarah M, our server. There are too few good places to eat in this town and too few people that want to work in the restaurants here. Many have had to close sometimes due to short-staffing and no-shows. I was doordashing and an older guy who worked there called the cops on us saying my fiance was a woman beater. He shouldn't just assume and ruin our day. I hope you all do something about this it happened in the middle of last
Second time visiting after a 30 minute drive, just to eat here. 1st time, noodles were dry, no big deal. This time, second time, 11:10 am, doors were open, no food ready and we were told it would be another hour before they could officially open. Very, very disappointing!
