The ham barely... read more This review is only for the Grover Street location in Shelby NC. Pathetic is a word. I wish I could post a picture. I ordered a ham with cheese. The ham barely covered a third of the bun. This is not the first time this has been the case. They never have boberry biscuits ready in the morning.

I HAVE VISITED FROM THE SHELBY HOSPITAL MANY TIMES OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS TO GET WHATEVER SPECIAL WAS BEING OFFERED AND ALWAYS HAD A GOOD PLUS VISIT. THE FOOD HAS BEEN VERY SUITABLE ALL MY VISITS BUT WHEN I VISITED IN MID AFTERNOON RECENTLY THERE SEEMED TO BE A SHORTAGE OF EMPLOYEES AND THE WINDOW WAS SEMI BUSY AND ONLY 3 OR 4 FOLKS INSIDE AS I STOOD FOR WAY TOO LONG AT THE REGISTER WITH NOBODY TO TAKE MY ORDER SO I WALKED TO THE PICKUP END OF THE COUNTER AND ASKED,DO YOU NOT HAVE COUNTER SERVICE? THE PERSON ANSWERED YES BUT THAT IS NOT MY DRAWER AND I CANNOT USE IT AS SHE AND ANOTHER CONTINUED TO PREP ORDER FOR THE DRIVE THRU..FIRST AND IN THIS CASE..,LAST VISIT THERE FOR ME..5 OR 6 MINUTES I TOLERATED THEIR SOMEWHAT BUSY HUSTLE AT THE DRIVE THRU AND NOBODY EVER SAID I'LL BE RIGHT THERE OR WALKED OVER TO TAKE MY ORDER..I THOUGHT I WAS AT THE COMPUTER McDONALDS IN MY HOMETOWN WHERE OLD MEN LIKE ME THAT DO NOT HAVE A CELL PHONE OR COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE ENOUGH TO PLACE MY OWN ORDER 5 FEET FROM THE CASH REGISTER AT THE AUTOMATIC ORDER TOY..THE WORLD IS CHANGING BUT NOT FOR BETTERMENT OF FAST FOOD IN A SMALL TOWN..MR.BO..I WON'T BE BACK TO THE SHELBY LOCATION FOR THAT KIND OF TREATMENT...BAD VISIT..WAYNE
