This Dunkin' Donuts has a remarkable team of employees. They're not only entertaining but also very friendly and efficient. Britney, the manager, is a pleasure to interact with. Each time I visit, the atmosphere is fantastic, and the food is served quickly. You couldn't ask for more from a Dunkin' Donuts!
We waited over 30 minutes for breakfast sandwiches on April 6 at 11:30 AM while the drive-thru kept serving numerous customers. The staff member preparing the breakfast sandwiches placed eggs directly onto the dirty counter before putting them on the sandwiches (as shown in the photo). The hash browns they eventually brought us were burnt and inedible. The manager on duty, a young woman with dark hair and glasses, was extremely rude and confrontational when we asked for a refund, which was the worst part of our experience. Additionally, the men's restroom was out of order, and the sink in the women's restroom was broken. To top it off, they charged us for ice water and billed us for two when I only ordered one. This was a truly disappointing experience, and I will never return to Dunkin'. It's worth paying a little extra for Starbucks instead.
