I have been in here a few times and through the drive through as well. Sadly, each and every time there has been something either missed or not right with my order, soup that I have ordered has only been JUST half full, sandwiches wrong, pretty much every time I have been in the restaurant there has been dishes and garbage left on the tables with no one in sight to clean them. Stopped in for a french vanilla cappuchino great location friendly staff. Busy but very quick service.
This Tim's is clean and usually the staff are fairly quick at handling large numbers of orders. Staff are very friendly.
