We visited Sunset Beach in February when the entire area was blanketed in snow. Parts of the sea were frozen, and I wasn't sure if people could walk on the lake. The beach was stunning and serene. If you plan to visit in winter, please exercise caution as it may be slippery and there is a risk of falling. View all feedback.

Very beautiful place to take your dogs for a walk. Just have to watch out for the odd person to be walking their dogs off leash.
