I really didn't want to have to share this experience, but I feel compelled to! I ordered a full English breakfast, but it came out three times, and it was missing hash browns and black pudding. Without asking, they replaced those with fries. Half of the bacon was burned to a crisp, while the rest was mostly fat and undercooked. Love this place! Great food and great service! Would love to be local as we like to go here. Visited twice with social distancing and was tops???? Booked online since lockdown with Greenking and was waited on through out our stay! Thanx

Lovely warm and inviting place , after a long walk with the dog was made very welcoming, and a lovely lunch, really recommend the Phoenix ????
Just got back having called in for lunch. Booked a table online, so no waiting there. Used the the app to order and pay for drinks which worked very smoothly. Food was delicious, staff were friendly and helpful, atmosphere was great. Three of us had a main meal and a drink each for less than £15 all in, under the “Eat out to help out” scheme! So great value! Thoroughly recommended!
