Great food, fresh and delicious and sourced as locally as possible. Lovely owner who always remembers us and friendly cheerful staff. Supporting local artists and charities by selling little gifts and cards, the shop is interesting to look round too. Granddaughter always pesters to go, she loves it!
We frequent this restaurant regularly because the food is always delicious and reasonably priced. The staff are attentive and accommodating, and they make an effort to support local businesses and use locally sourced ingredients. There is the option to dine indoors or outdoors, and they also have a pleasant garden room. I highly recommend this restaurant.
I can't understand how anyone could give this cafe a 2-star review. My family has been coming to Samuel's Kitchen almost every week for the past 6 years. Either our taste buds are off, or the negative reviews are from people trying to tarnish the reputation of a great cafe. Today, while enjoying our lunch, we overheard a worker being told by his friend that ordering a LARGE pork sandwich might be a challenge. 15 minutes later, he asked for a bag to take half of it home. The portions are generous and we have always had delicious food and good value here. If you don't like it, go somewhere else and let the regulars and newcomers enjoy their meals.
Lovely little cafe with a huge warm welcome. Delicious homely food, fresh and nicely put together. A real gem tucked away behind Fox Valley, well worth a visit.
On our way back from a nice few days away we popped in here for a mid morning break. Menu looked good so we both went for a bacon and sausage sandwich and a coffee. Lady on the till and serving staff were friendly and welcoming. It is not a very big place and adds to the charm. Sandwich was delicious. Saw a large cooked breakfast come out for someone whilst we were there and looked large and tasty too. Cannot understand why anyone would not take a few paces from the other breakfast kitchen places across at Fox Valley to try this little gem. 10/10.
