The Park - Sheffield

Honestly, I had no bad experiences at this pub chain. The nachos were a standout, and the portion size (as shown below) is more than enough for one person to share easily. The burger was a bit challenging to eat because the cheese sauce was oozing everywhere; I ended up needing a knife and fork due to the amount of sauce. I docked a star for a few reasons: they only offer light mayonnaise, which is disappointing—not a full-fat option in sight. Additionally, we were seated in a corner where the kitchen door kept swinging open and bumping into us. It was too crowded to ask to move elsewhere. The mobile app was also not functioning, which meant we couldn't order food from our table, something we would have preferred to do. Overall, it wasn't bad—just cheap and cheerful.

When we went in there was little crowded, but the party was up and it was a good night if it had been downstairs, it would not have been so that we stayed as it was to roar

We came here for breakfast, all ordered a big breakfast and it was amazing. Nothing to complain about at all, every part of it was nice and even the staff were really nice and polite. Would recommend coming here

I just returned from a lovely family dinner celebrating a birthday, and I have to say, it was a wonderful experience! I didn't catch the name of the lovely woman who served us, but she was fantastic. We brought along our service dog, and she was incredibly understanding. She even brought us a bowl of water for him and kindly asked if she could interact with him, to which he happily agreed! The whole evening was filled with great conversation and a warm atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this restaurant! The food was excellent, and the staff were attentive and friendly. My mother, who struggles with mental illness, felt so happy to be out and so welcomed, especially with our dog Zeke by our side. We were invited to return, and we honestly can't wait to come back. A huge thank you to all the staff for making our birthday dinner so special and enjoyable!

As a food enthusiast, I was pleasantly surprised by how good this restaurant was. When writing a review, I believe a dining experience should either be amazing, terrible, or remarkable. Although this place had the vibe of a chain restaurant, I was taken aback by how much it felt like home and the effort that went into the food. The staff was friendly and attentive, which was especially nice since we had children with us. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a great meal. P.S. The nachos paired with the hot chaos were a delicious combination!
