The Broadfield - Sheffield
The Broadfield
Description
This pub, once a favourite spot, has recently disappointed many customers with poor service and subpar food quality. The Sunday lunch was riddled with tough meat, fat, and undercooked sides. However, the atmosphere still offers a great space for socializing. On a positive note, the menu provides a good selection and the staff shows friendly service. Despite the recent decline in standards, longtime customers still appreciate the food and drink options available at this establishment. Overall, mixed reviews indicate that this restaurant may have lost some of its former charm and quality.

I was here solo, with friends, as couple and with family and for the greatest part it was an absolute joy. eating is wonderful, vegan and vegetarian friendly (as well as many meat options) and was never a disappointment they have a wide selection of train on hahn, which is quite fast to let some (as well as the usual suspects) the prices this can be quite steep, but that is to expect that the area and the staff are fast to let them know the only time I have yet to do it. if this was not such a strange time, I would be very happy to join in the bar a very welcome place on the map
My family had a Sunday dinner on 10-04-2022 all three of us had lamentation and I can say that was one of the best Sunday evening dinner ever. - it was fantastic. everything became perfection, large portions, very tasty, fast drink and. food service, beautiful atmosphere and finally homemade yorkies. get in! all in all, an amazing meal, reasonable prices, would thoroughly recommend to anyone who has not been before!
We have been eating here for several years however this was our first visit for a year food and drink as good as ever great service from the waitresses in particular isis recommend the steak and ale pie superb
Stopped eating at the Broady as the pie fillings got so salty and meagre 3 small half mushrooms in a mushroom pie , and chips were always underdone. Returned recently to try it again, as the staff, service and beer are brilliant. Unfortunately the food still isn't great. I ordered a spinach feta filo parcel £16 . There were 2 tiny smears of feta in the parcel, which were oddly wet and gelatinous. The parcel was also incredibly salty, only just about edible when mixed with the large accompanying salad. Luckily, the salad was delicious very fresh leaves, tomato, cucumber, olive and mint. It did include over 20 ! poor quality/tasteless black olives, which seemed pointless. Use fewer better olives, or invest in better/actual ? feta. My partner ordered burger, fries and slaw £15.50 , the former was quite tasty but the slaw was undressed/lacked identity and tasted a little fermented not in a good way . When I said my main was over salted, offered a partial refund, which I appreciated. I think if I'm after Mediterranean food, I'll try one of the nearby Greek or Turkish restaurants instead. Shame, as lots of good points about The Broadfield. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
