Description

Sakushi has been through many changes since its opening, with particular attention to its prices. While the food is generally good, there have been occasional quality issues, and the cost has increased significantly over time. Despite the high prices, the restaurant offers a variety of vegan options, although the menu layout can be confusing. The presentation of dishes such as the bamboo plate is beautiful, though some find the taste to be a bit bland. The staff is friendly and accommodating, but the overall consensus is that the prices are too high. However, for fans of Japanese cuisine in Sheffield, Sakushi comes highly recommended, with delicious dishes like chicken teriyaki and spicy beef earning praise. The unique feature of sushi on a conveyor belt adds to the experience, with a wide range of options available. With its friendly atmosphere, extensive menu, and quality food, Sakushi is worth a visit despite the higher prices.

Visited over Sakushi since opening week and have seen many changes to the restaurant, particularly the cost. Food is good but have had a few issues before with one off bad quality items. It is expensive and the prices seem to jump up several times each year. Used to visit a couple of times a week but unfortunately too pricey now even for twice a month

Ordered takeaways from here a number of times. It can be a tiny but expensive but I'd say it is worth it as the food is very very good

Terrible food — I didn’t even want to take photos. This can’t be called Japanese cuisine. The soy sauce udon was literally noodles soaked in soy sauce — the broth was completely inedible. The beef bowl tasted like overly salty dried meat, drowned in salty soup poured over rice. As shown in the photo, the ramen was the only thing somewhat edible — not because it was good, but because if you can tolerate mushy noodles, at least the broth wasn’t unbearably salty. Amazing place in Sheffield to eat Japanese food. The service was extraordinary, very kind , professional, fast and attentive. The food was out of this world, fresh, beautifully played and very tasty; delicious. The prices are friendly. The menu is super cute, and customers made to the restaurant with creative titles and beautiful colors. The establishment was clean, cute and comfortable. The restaurant even has a sushi band, which made my day and experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place to dine in, and enjoy the fabulous service and food! Great Japanese restaurant. Service: Dine in Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
