This restaurant offers high-quality gluten-free pizza bases, and most of the pizzas on the menu can be made gluten-free, with only a few exceptions. However, they do not use trays or any separation methods in the oven, which means the pizzas are not safe for those with celiac disease. They also provide some gluten-free sides and desserts. They previously had a bake-at-home pizza option, which might be a safer choice since it isn't cooked on-site, but I couldn't verify if they still have that option or how it's prepared.
I really enjoyed the tomato sauce and mozzarella – as an Italian, I can confidently say they were of good quality! However, the dough was terrible; it had a plastic-like taste. I won't be coming back! I'm intolerant but not celiac, so I can’t comment on the risk of cross-contamination. I believe they mention on their website that they don't use a separate oven, so it seems it's only suitable for those who are intolerant.
My sister is coeliac and ate here, became sick immediately after. They don't take into account cross contamination.
