Pizza Kasra - Sheffield

I recently went to Pizza Kasra with my family, where we have been spending around 5,000 pounds a year since they opened. However, during this visit, the owner and woman behind the counter directed abusive remarks towards my daughter. The pizza we received was poorly made, with no pizza saver in the middle causing all the toppings to fall off. The way my daughter was treated over an 8 pound pizza is unacceptable. I will be going to Topolis from now on. It's time for a change in the management and customer service at Pizza Kasra. MW.

I would like to begin by addressing the service at this restaurant. When I tried to place an order, the cashier, a lady wearing glasses and a Sheffield United top, was extremely rude. This interaction greatly impacted my experience, especially considering all I was asking for was chips and cheese.

I used to recommend this takeaway to everyone, but sadly not anymore. I usually order pizza and garlic bread, but recently they haven't been as good. This time I decided to try a kebab, and it was a big mistake. There was hardly any meat in it, and what was there was dry and tasteless. I understand that portion sizes may have decreased, but I didn't expect the quality to suffer. I doubt I will be spending any more money at this place. The staff member could also use an attitude adjustment.

Ordered from here my whole life but it has gone downhill over the last year or so in terms of ridiculously slow service but last night was the worst it’s ever been. Food took over 2 hours to arrive, had to phone twice to chase it and when it did arrive the food was cold and a whole large pizza was missing!! I phoned to request the missing pizza as well as a refund. They agreed to send the missing pizza asap but when I asked for a refund they hung the phone up on me! Extremely rude and disrespectful. The quality of the food was also really bad as well as being cold as they hadn’t even cut the pizzas up and there was barely any sauce on. Unfortunately I’ll never be ordering from here ever again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely shocking service waited 2 hours for our food to show up. When it finally arrived some of the order was missing. They obviously can't cope if it gets busy but thinking that 2 hours is acceptable is disgusting. I would avoid ordering from here at all costs you'll be very disappointed.
