I liked to choose my fennel, avocado and crab salad and a nice selection of edgyttes. inspired selection of sandwiches, brunches, salates, etc. I think they're going for the strong steampunk variety in here, but maybe the interieur could make something comfortable? I hope they stay around and business is good View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Oliver’s:
We thought the quality of the food was pretty good *but* they got our drinks order wrong and we had to wait over 45mins for a basic breakfast and the cafe was quiet. Then they forgot the sausages from one of the breakfasts! so we had to ask for them. Maybe this was a bad day and unusual, but it's quite expensive we expected far better. View all feedback.
Our family loves this place, luredown means that we don't sit and eat at our favorite brunch spot, but fortunately we have kept satisfied with the takeaways. they also make fresh baked cakes and chocolates, oliver is the best!
Food was brilliant, literally the best eggs benedict I’ve ever had. BUT the wait was very long. Go here if you want great food and you’re not in a hurry. The waitress said it would be 30 mins and we said that was fine, but it actually took over an hour. Even the drinks took a long time. We ordered 2 orange juices, a hot chocolate and a milkshake. After about 20 mins one orange juice and milkshake arrived and then 10 minutes later the hot chocolate and other orange juice. If it weren’t for the exceptional quality of the food, I would’ve left 1 star. And if it weren’t for the slow service I would’ve left 5. I understand that times get busy/short staffed/we were warned etc., but really over an hour for eggs benedict and a fry up is beyond that.

Lovely chickpea burger. 9 of us had the place to ourselves sat eve. Met at 7pm left at 9pm. Slow cooking, some complained of cold food which had to be microwaved. No venison but plenty of ventilation leaving people cold. Would visit again., as can bring your own alcohol whilst waiting for the lovely food
Had eggs benedict, strange flavour to the hollandaise sauce, sweet and the poached eggs were cold. Coffee was mediocre at best. Disappointing.
