Feedback
Reviews praise Mount Lebanon’s friendly service, tasty sharing platters and great lunch value; note cash-only signs, upstairs seating and spotty vegan labelling.
The atmosphere and service was on point. However I have several remarks for improvement. First of all, the restaurant need to focus on cleaning tables professionally. Moreover, I feel the food can be better. It doesn’t have the taste or the spirit of Lebanon if you know what I mean
First time going to the restaurant was recommended by a friend. Delicious food, wonderful staff, fast service. It was my birthday and they brought out a piece of cake with candles for me. So kind. Would totally recommend
A wonderful restaurant. We've been going for 5 years and it's always been lovely, the staff are very friendly and the food is delicious. A group of my friends have a regular lunch date on a Wednesday for their £5.99 deal, we always leave very happy
Stopped here for lunch after a lecture. decided to upgrade to the larger version of the shawarma. Some of the nicest meat I've had in a long time with a really nice view, you can see all the way up west street to the Student's Union
FAQ
More information
Mount Lebanon is run with a strong family presence: the head chef and his wife are often front‑of‑house faces who tailor recommendations and happily adjust dishes (for example omitting yoghurt on request). Regulars mention that one generous platter — the Veggie Distributor — is commonly ordered to share between two, making the restaurant a favourite for communal meals and casual nights out.
