Was freddiedoncaster at Kfc a mag?
I was pleasantly surprised when visiting KFC. I don’t normally put these places on my hit list, but it was nearing lunchtime, so I decided to give it a go! Wow, absolutely scrumptious! Just how I remembered it as a kid, succulent chicken in a tasty batter, hot and crispy chips and their renowned gravy! Loved every minute! View all feedback.

What laneel dislikes about Kfc:
I ordered the zinger buger meal the chicken had the texture of being raw but looked cook, its the only way I could describe it. it was so awful I nearly was sick in my mouth after the first bite, my dog enjoyed it though The chips were all burnt and there was so little of them Im suspecting I got the remains of the fryer. the can or tango was nice... really disappointed and will not be ordering from here again. I went to order my usual monthly 12-piece boneless feast and was greeted by a very friendly cashier who informed me about a special offer that allowed me to get extra food for only 87 pence more! The cashier was polite and had a constant smile on his face. I also overheard another employee talking to a coworker about a customer named Ben who always knew how to take advantage of offers to save money due to his extensive menu knowledge. I agree, Ben deserves a raise! The restaurant was fairly clean, although the trash bin was overflowing. It seemed like they were too busy to empty it at the time.

The restaurant was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly, creating a great atmosphere. There was a situation where a customer was being verbally abusive and causing a disturbance, but the employee, Dane Williamson I believe his name was, remained calm and handled the situation professionally. Despite insults and threats from the customer, he continued to do his job and walked away from the conflict. He is truly an asset to the team at Woodseats KFC.

I spent £27 on a variety bucket with 4 extra chicken strips and 2 large gravies. The chicken was old, tough, and dry, with a coating as hard as a rock. It was disgusting and very disappointing. We cannot afford to waste money like this again.
